Bring On Seattle Restaurant Week

Not only is October harvest time – be it hops, grapes, or heirloom tomatoes – it’s also time to dine on three courses for a mere $28 (up $3 from last October, when it was adjusted in April, but oh well … perhaps inflation is the culprit).
That’s right, dear hedonists – it’s Seattle Restaurant Week once again. Held every April and October, this time around we’re looking at over 150 restaurants – they’ve adjusted their promo to “10 days. Over 150 Restaurants. 3 courses for $28.” Once again, some do three-course lunches for $15. A few things to note: the prices are per person; they do NOT include beverages, taxes, or gratuities; and they are NOT available on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sunday brunches.
This month it runs October 16th to the 17th, 2011 (really October 16th to the 20th and October 23rd to the 27th, 2011). It’s brought to you by the Seattle Restaurant Cooperative and The Seattle Times. They’re also giving away what appears to be five sets of three $50 gift certificates for restaurants participating this year every day of the week, excluding the Friday the 21st and Saturday the 22nd; simply enter online.
